Calisthenics & Warm-up Program

In 2015 I was away with friends in Wales. So, I created a quick warmup with simple calisthenics exercises, that I could do anywhere! A result of being an acrobat is that it’s important for your body to be well conditioned. So, I found this special sequence of exercises to work amazingly well as a daily maintenance routine or as a super quick warm-up.

The calisthenics exercises are:
  • Push-ups
  • Butterfly Sit-ups
  • Squats
  • Push-up Steps
  • Cross Sit-ups
  • Lunges
  • Tricep Dips
  • Geckos
  • Squat Jumps
